The Underlying Theme
Id
According to Freudian psychology the Id is the aspect of the human psyche that contains basic instinctual drives, desires, and wants. As well as impulsive, and aggressive behaviors.
The Id pursues impulses without regard to moral values, often in search of instant gratification or results.
This comic is an expression and indulgence of the Id. Action, violence, horror, why do we love things of that dark nature? I believe these basic impulses are a natural aspect of who we are. So I created this comic as my way of expressing those impulses we all have. All too often we are in denial of our own indulgences, no matter how much we enjoy embracing them.

Fight on in this world of monsters, creatures, demons, and beasts of all sorts.

The Plot
The Plot
Po, Shelly, BB, Karahptmun, and Mable ,"the gang", are a team of what can be best described as antiheroes . They are a team in a frantic world that is in constant competition for power. Power obtained with pure and unforgiving might.
Groups of ghouls and mobs of monsters battle it out for turf, for spoils, and for all out supremacy.
"The gang" is looking to make their mark and take their cut as they work their way up the food chain.
Whoever is strongest rules and it's the gangs time.
In order to gain a name for themselves the gang will seek out the deadliest and most powerful foes, face the hardest challenges, and overcome legends.
Many nutcases, fiends, and oddballs will be met along the way. Rivalries will ignite , friends will be made, and arch enemies will plot during this tale of might and fury
